Lentil Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cup french lentils, cooked until soft
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 T celery, chopped
- 2 T garlic, shallots, or scallions
- 12 dried tomatoes (reconstituted), chopped
- 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Dash of pepper
