Veal Marsala

Blend breadcrumbs, flour, and all seasonings. Dredge veal in mixture and sauté in 4 T butter and oil for about 10 minutes on each side. Place meat in casserole dish.
In another pan, put 3 T each of oil and butter. Sauté mushrooms over high heat for 1 minute. Put mushrooms in casserole dish. Pour wine over veal and mushrooms.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
