Easy Oven-Fried Chicken

Heat oven to 425°. Coat shallow baking pan with a spray-on cooking oil.

Wash and dry chicken parts. In a small brown paper bag, mix all dry ingredients. Place 1 or 2 pieces of chicken in the bag and shake until coated with flour mixture.

Arrange floured chicken in a single layer in the pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Turn chicken and bake for 15 more minutes or until tender.


Ingredients:
  • 2-2½ lbs. chicken pieces
  • ½ c flour
  • 1 t salt
  • ¼ t pepper
  • ¼ t paprika
