Easy Beef Bourguignon

In a casserole dish, mix all ingredients. Bake covered at 325° for 3-4 hours.

Vegetables may be added during the last hour of cooking.


Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs. beef, well-trimmed, 1" cubes
  • 2 T bread crumbs
  • 3 T minute tapioca
  • ½ t pepper (to taste)
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 c wine or water
