Strawberry Ice Cream Pie

In a bowl, combine milk and softened ice cream. Blend until smooth. Add pudding mix and beat slowly until well mixed (about 1 minute).

Pour immediately into pie crust. Chill until set, about 1 hour.

Garnish with strawberries, if desired.

Note: The ice cream and pudding flavors can be changed in any way you desire -- just use your imagination!
Ingredients:
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 pint strawberry ice cream, softened
  • 3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 baked 9" pie shell or graham cracker crust
