Cindy’s Banana Bread

Beat together bananas, yogurt, and nuts. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat butter and sugar. Blend in flour, baking soda, salt, and spices. Add banana mixture.

Pour into greased bread pan and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.


Ingredients:
  • 3 medium bananas, mashed
  • ¾ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • ½ cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 t vanilla
  • 1½ cups flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • ½ t salt
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • ¼ t nutmeg
