Blintzes

Beat together first six ingredients.
Cut off bread crusts. Roll the bread thin. Spread cream cheese mixture on bread with a knife and roll up. Dip bread into melted butter, then into sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place in refrigerator until cold. Cut in thirds and freeze.
When ready to serve, place frozen blintzes in 350° oven for 15 minutes.
