- If you plan to visit the Outpatient Clinic for blood or chemical infusions, or to see your physician; try scheduling your appointments between the hours of 8:00AM and 10:00 AM, or after 2:00 PM. These are low traffic times in the Clinic and you may get better service.
- Did you know that as a Dana-Farber patient/survivor you may request the services of a social worker when necessary? These services are available to you free of charge by calling the Department of Care Coordination at 632-3301. Talking things out with a skilled professional might be exactly the kind of help that you and your family members need!
- The Patient and Family Advisory Council needs your help! If you would like to volunteer to serve on a committee that will give you a voice in the quality of your care at Dana-Farber, please call Chris Ricciotti at 617-632-5503.
- This past spring, Stepping Stones' members Linda Falstein and Nancy Lev, attended the National Breast Cancer Coalition Fund's Advocacy Training Conference in Washington DC.
